On April 30, 2007 the new "Identi" live scan digital fingerprint analysis system was installed in the Detention Division "Booking Room" of the Bosque County Sheriff's Office. Sergeant Brassfield is seen with the new equipment.

Narcotics, money and paraphernalia recently seized through numerous search warrants served by Bosque County Sheriff's Deputies.  This operation was lead by Deputy Joe Brooks.

Deputy Lucas Speer was not injured  when an 18 wheeler backed into his patrol car during a traffic stop.

Here is picture of the Bosque County Sheriff's Office staff that hold the highest Peace Officer certificate allowed. The Mater Peace Officer certificate is issued to officers who have met the training requirements and time in service.

Just recently Sgt. Investigator Adam Sowder Jr. and Deputy Mike Serrato received their Master peace Officer Certificate.

To become eligible for the Master Peace Officer certificate an officer must have at least 1200 hours of training and 20 years of service.

The above members of the Bosque County Sheriff's office are Master Peace Officers and represent a total of 157 years, 3 months of experience and a total of 8,838 hours of training.
