The Environmental Crimes Division of the Bosque County
Sheriff's Office was created October 2005.

This Division is responsible for the enforcement and
investigation of all violations of Bosque County Codes and the Texas Health and
Safety Laws.

This Division recently was entrusted with the enforcement of
the newly created junk/vehicle impoundment code.
-
This code was recently approved by Bosque County
Commissioners Court. A copy of the Code and Application form can be obtained
from the Bosque County Clerks office.
