offense.

The Care and Custody of all persons convicted of a Felony offense pending
release to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institutional Division

The Environmental Crimes Division is responsible for:

The proper filing of all
reports.

The Registration of Sex
Offenders in Bosque County.

The release of information
requested through the Public Information Act.
Criminal Investigations
The Criminal Investigation Division is responsible for:.

The in-depth investigations of some misdemeanor
and felony offenses.

To assist other agencies within Bosque County
or in the State of Texas.

The presentation of all Felony cases presented
to the Grand Jury.
Communication Division
The Communication Division is responsible for:

24 hour/ 7 day a week communication services.

Answering all 911 calls to obtain vital information for emergency personnel.

Paging various Fire Departments, Ambulances and other Emergency response
teams.

Handling all requests by officers working in the field.
