The Communication Division is responsible for:
Answering telephone calls to the Sheriff's Office 24 hours a day.
Answering 911 calls for all kinds of emergencies.
Communication for field units which include Sheriff's deputies, D.P.S
Troopers, Game Wardens, various Police Departments, Ambulances and numerous
Volunteer Fire Departments.
Communication operators answer thousands of calls each year and respond
to thousands of requests from officers in the field.
